Sometimes when I get the call to review a site, I get there only to find out that the site is, in fact, not ready for a review. In many cases, pieces of information are not updated or are missing altogether, and that leads to an incomplete review. When I first reviewed Wildcasino.ag, the games themselves were not live, but the rest of the site was intact. Now that it is fully functional, I can complete a proper review.

This is a new brand from the folks at BetOnline and Sportsbetting.ag. These guys have been at it since the earliest days of the online gaming industry, and it is nice to see them put some effort into a casino-only product to have in their arsenal. The question is: is it worth it for you to give these guys a try?

About Wild Casino

As mentioned, it would appear that the BetOnline organization is the company behind the launch of this site. This isn't prominent when you look at the site information, though. In fact, there isn't much information at all about the site when you click on their links. Thankfully, I have had enough experience sleuthing in the industry to put together that there is some kind of link between the three sites.

While the owners of BetOnline have had to work through some of their own issues in the past, along with those of Sportsbetting.ag when they acquired that site, the group has come through with flying colors and is now back on the right track.

From a licensing perspective, there are no logos or links to any gaming authority, so I can only assume that, just like their sister sites, Wild Casino is licensed in Panama. While that is nothing really more than a glorified business license, the company seems to be paying players, and the games aren't being reported as unfair, so for the time being, I can look past the lack of a more legitimate gaming license.

Who Can Play at Wild Casino

Well, given the fact that the only license I can imagine these folks having is from Panama, it is not shocking to find out that there isn't a list of restricted countries anywhere on the site. That's good news for anyone who gets to Wildcasino.ag and feels the urge to play.

Software Suppliers

This was an interesting part of my review. In most cases, a casino places a logo of their software provider on their homepage to give credit to the company supplying the games. When I started my review of Wild Casino, I naturally assumed they would be using the same software as Sportsbetting.ag and BetOnline; both companies have a license from Betsoft for their casino games. Strangely, while many of the games seemed eerily similar, it was evident that these were not Betsoft's games. A little bit more research discovered that Wild Casino was, in fact, using software from a company called Nucleus Gaming. I went to the Nucleus site, but there isn't much information on the company to be found. Aside from information that they have been in business since 2016, there is only a list of their games. More on this to follow.

The platform is available for Instant Play only, and these games are also able to be played on any mobile device through that device's browser.

The Good Stuff

Excellent Management

I happen to know the management of BetOnline very well, and what I can tell you is that they will have put a lot of thought into this brand and will be backing it as ferociously as they do their other two sites.

These guys are real professionals and the fact that they are behind the brand gives me a lot of confidence that Wild Casino is going to be around for a very long time.

Live Dealer Games

The live dealer segment of the online casino industry continues to grow each year, and it is excellent to see these games now being a part of most new casino launches. That is the case with Wildcasino.ag, and as you will see below in the reviews of the games, I suspect these will end up being some of the most popular games on this site.

The Bad Stuff

Whose Games Are These?

So…one question I have that I am still trying to find an answer for is who actually runs Nucleus Gaming. There are two distinct possibilities. First, it could be that Betsoft created a second company to focus on the gray market and to distance their other licensees from those who are taking bets from the U.S. Second, it could be that someone is blatantly stealing their ideas and has put together a 'fake' version of the Betsoft brands. My genuine hope is that the first option is correct, as this would give me much more confidence that something shady wasn't taking place.

I am continuing to investigate this and will update this review when I have more information.

No Jackpot Games

I hope this is just a case of the software company being too young to offer these games at this stage, but a big draw for many casino players is the idea that they could play a hand or spin a reel that could win them a huge bonus prize. At the time of this review, there are no progressive games to be found at Wild Casino; I am going to give them some time to launch the site before I make this a real deal-breaker for me.

Game Selection

So, now that we sort of know who is behind the games at Wild Casino, let's take a deeper dive into the games that are offered in their lobby.

Slots

Slots games, in most casinos, dominate the lobby pages. This isn't the case at Wild Casino; the company only has a couple dozen titles for you to choose from. Even without the sheer volume, the company has a lot of fun themed games; in fact, many of them have titles that are similar to the ones offered by Betsoft. The majority of the Nucleus Gaming slots are 3D games; these feature much more detailed graphics and as far as I am concerned are way more fun to play than standard reel games. Here is a list of the slots titles at Wild Casino; see if you can figure out which ones sound like the Betsoft brands:

  • Wild Adventure
  • Sisters of Luck
  • The Mad Genius
  • Merlin's Elements
  • Coco Bongo
  • Matinee
  • The Critters
  • Spin To Ride
  • Kitty Cutie
  • Freaky Frankenstein
  • Twelve Animals
  • The Job
  • Super 7s
  • Vegas Road Trip
  • Super Crystals
  • There's Gold Yonder
  • High Noon
  • Geppetto's Toy Shop
  • Sashimi Dreams
  • Mermaids Treasure
  • Rollin Trolls
  • Hyper Galactic
  • Seer's Crystal
  • Sweet Treats
  • Firecrackers
  • The Party Guy
  • Totem Tumble
  • Fruit Serenity
  • Arabian Wishes
  • The Family

Table Games

For a new casino software company with a limited amount of slots games in its arsenal, I was pleasantly surprised to find so many Table Games available for play at Wild Casino. If the parent company plans to cross-promote this brand to their current databases, then this is critical – most sports bettors are likely to play Table Games over Slots. All the classic games are found in their lobby, along with some of the more modern variants of traditional Table games.

  • Zoom Roulette
  • Common Draw Roulette
  • Craps
  • Pontoon
  • Single Deck Blackjack
  • Top Card Trumps
  • Pirate 21
  • Three Card Rummy
  • Oasis Poker
  • Caribbean Poker
  • American Roulette
  • 21 Burn Blackjack
  • Ride ‘M Poker
  • Baccarat
  • European Blackjack
  • Draw High Low
  • Pai Gow
  • Red Dog
  • Triple Edge Poker
  • American Blackjack
  • Super 7 Blackjack
  • European Roulette

Video Poker

Sticking with the theme of what sports bettors want in a casino, Wild Casino and their software partner offer an excellent array of video poker options. The video poker aficionado is always looking for the best pay tables and the full suite of variants; they are going to find them both at this casino. Not only does Wild Casino provide many variants, but within each, you can find single-hand, multi-hand and pyramid versions. Here's a full list of the available games:

Single Hand Games

  • Double Joker Poker
  • Joker Poker
  • Split Way Royale
  • Bonus Deuces
  • Bonus Poker
  • Jacks or Better
  • All American Video Poker
  • 10's or Better
  • Deuces & Jokers Poker
  • Deuces Wild

Multi Hand Games

  • Joker Poker
  • Bonus Deluxe
  • Double Bonus Poker
  • Bonus Poker
  • Double Jackpot Poker
  • Jacks or Better
  • All American Video Poker
  • Five Draw Poker
  • Deuces Wild

Pyramid Poker Games

  • Joker Poker
  • Double Jackpot Poker
  • Aces & Faces
  • Bonus Deluxe
  • Double Bonus Poker
  • Bonus Poker
  • Jacks or Better
  • Deuces Wild

Live Dealer Games

If you have now read the reviews of BetOnline, you will know that the company had a huge issue in early 2017 with their Live Dealer games.

The company came right out, blamed the software partner, and quickly switched vendors. For Wild Casino, it doesn't appear that they are using the same company (Visionary I-Gaming) but rest assured they aren't using the company that was behind that shady dealing in the video. Here are the Live Dealer Tables that are available:

  • Roulette
  • Blackjack
  • Punto 2000
  • Baccarat

Bella Vegas Casino Reviews

Promotions

The casino definitely places some emphasis on its promotions, even right out of the gate. As you will see in the descriptions of each offer, this is a casino that is going after new players with a high level of aggression and wants to give you a reason to stay and keep depositing.

$5,000 Welcome Offer

The casino starts your journey off with 5 separate 100% match bonuses up to $1,000 each! Now, they each come with their own set of terms and conditions, so let's review them here:

  • Deposit 1: Slots Bonus 100% to $1,000
  • Deposit 2: Slots Bonus 100% to $1,000
  • Deposit 3: Slots Bonus 100% to $1,000
  • Deposit 4: Video Poker Bonus 100% to $1,000
  • Deposit 5: Table Games Bonus 100% to $1,000

I like the fact that they are spreading you around all their games to use these bonuses; yes, it is front-end loaded to slots games, but you can always make minimum deposits for those so you can blow right through them. I also like that the wagering requirements are front and center for each of the bonuses; typically this can be buried in the general Terms and Conditions of a website.

Monthly Reload Bonuses

Each month, the casino releases a unique, one-use-only bonus code for each of Slots, Video Poker and Table Games. If you use this code, you will receive a 100% bonus on your deposits of $50-$500.

Wild Weekends

This is a fun little promotion, designed to bring you back at least one extra time during the weekend. Here is how it works:

Any deposit of $100 or more during the first half of the week will automatically qualify players for a $50 free chip bonus on Friday or Saturday! All you have to do is make a casino deposit of $100+ at any time from Sunday through Thursday, and you'll be eligible to collect your Wild Weekends bonus starting on Friday.

Internet video poker. Players can collect their Wild Weekends bonus once per week

Slots Stampede

This promotion, as the name implies, is only for slots players. Basically, if you make $500 in slots wagers during Monday to Wednesday, you are rewarded with 10x Free Spins to be used on Friday and Saturday. Roulette rules and payouts. The significant part of this promotion is that the Free Spins have no rollover; if you win anything, it is just as good as cash.

Banking

Best Place To Gamble In Vegas

The Banking area of the Wild Casino website is very clear and concise; there are multiple options for both deposits and withdrawals. As the casino is brand new, I cannot vouch for how long it takes for you to get paid; using their parent company as a guide, it is safe to say that it will take 10 business days at least to receive any money from the casino. That length of time isn't obscenely long compared to the rest of the industry.

Comp Program

There is no information about a Comp program on the Wild Casino website at this time.

VIP Program

There is also no information about any VIP Program available, although I suspect this will become something the release quickly after the launch.

Customer Service

At present, the only ways listed to contact the Customer Service department of Wild Casino is via email. I can't imagine this will last very long; both BetOnline and Sportsbetting.ag offer telephone service, and one can only assume they will add this (and hopefully Live Chat) to this brand soon.

HOW THIS CASINO CAN IMPROVE IN MY EYES

When I write reviews of newer casinos, it always strikes me that at the conclusion, I have said a lot of negative things about the site, when in fact all that the management of the site needs to do is take care of a couple of small things, and they would immediately improve their rating. I want all the casinos I review to be rated 5 stars, so here are a couple of suggestions for Wildcasino.ag.

First, I am a big believer in over-communicating with customers. There just isn't information about the site online. For a new site, this is even more important, as players (and reviewers) tend to feel less comfortable about a site that doesn't have any track record. Making the company accountable by giving more details about who they are (within reason, of course) would go a long way toward improving the first impression.

Also, I would like to see some sort of loyalty program initiated by the site. It is already a bare-boned site to begin with, as it has a smaller selection of games than their competition, and not that many promotions that I can see. Adding a loyalty program that is clear about how players are rewarded, even in the smallest way, is another crucial piece of what makes other casinos successful.

By adding those two pieces, I would find it much easier to give Wildcasino.ag a higher rating. Okay, on to the review.

Would I Play at Wild Casino?

Based solely on who is behind this brand, I would play at Wild Casino. The management team that runs BetOnline and Sportsbetting.ag are some of the best in the business, and I am confident that will continue over into the casino-only brand they have launched. I am going to reserve giving these guys the full green light to you readers until we see how the first few months after launch go, but I would say that getting in early is bound to get you some extra perks as they become available!
